Our Exclusive Nine-Point Marketing Plan is not anything special--it is just good business policy.
The Nine Point Marketing Plan is
simply a set of techniques that anybody can use, but do not. We Do!
When applied, it creates vastly
superior results for our sellers. We are ONLY compensated on the sale
of OUR properties. For that reason, we are focused on getting YOUR
property sold. To that end, there are several things that we do for you
at no extra charge:
- We send targeted flyers to other real estate agents in your area that are trying to sell homes similar to yours. The more real estate agents there are out there that can market your home, the more people will see your home. We do everything we can to make sure that the maximum number of people have the opportunity to see your home.
- We list your property in two different Multiple Listings Services. A Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the database from which real estate agents draw their pool of houses to sell. Most agents only list properties in one MLS. iNet
REALTORS lists your property in two--the Portland/Vancouver MLS (RMLS) and the Willamette Valley MLS (WVMLS). This means that over
13,000 agents throughout Oregon and Washington know about and can sell your property.
- We also list your property on
REALTOR.com. We actually list your property twice on REALTOR.com--once for each MLS that it is listed in. Not only that, but each listing actually has a different format so that
more than one audience will be attracted to your home. We are
seeking for all sources of buyers. The presentation of your property is not just local, but it is also regional, national, and international. We use the power of the Internet to open the doors for anybody, anywhere, to learn about your property and to become interested in it.
- We take NO shortcuts. When agents cut corners, that means that some of your interests are being sacrificed. Here at iNet
REALTORS, we adamantly refuse to do that. We make sure that all of our bases are covered so that your interests are not compromised.
